## Who we are

Minder is run by Jason Dark in Auckland. If you have questions about your information, email jason@kiwisaverproviders.co.nz.

## What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the page you sent the form from.

The calculators work in your browser. We only see the numbers you enter if you send them to us through a form.

## How we use it

We use your details to connect you with a licensed adviser, who will contact you about your enquiry. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

## Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to learn how people use the site and improve it. These tools tell us which pages and features are popular. They add cookies to your browser, but they can't see the numbers you enter in a calculator or what you type into a form.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.

## How we store it

We keep your information safe using the services that support this site. Some of these services might store data outside New Zealand. We only keep your information as long as we need it, and we'll delete it if you ask.

## Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the information we have about you or ask us to correct it. Email jason@kiwisaverproviders.co.nz and we'll reply within 20 working days.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the [Office of the Privacy Commissioner](https://www.privacy.org.nz).
